Chris has been a Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning coach for over 10 years where he first started in Cardiff, Wales when he was completing his BSc in Sport and Physical Education. After working as a conditioning coach with the Wales national rugby team, he travelled to London and America to pursuit his Personal Training career. Chris continued to travel the world and finally landed in Perth which has now become his home for the past 6.5 years. In his PT business, he sees over 60 clients per week, including multiple corporate businesses and also runs sessions for schools in Western Australia, including a mentorship program for exercise physiology students at Murdoch University. Chris is passionate about connecting the Perth fitness scene through various platforms such as the highly successful Wellness HIIT Events. More recently, he launched Perth Fitness Guide, which allows the Perth health and fitness community to inspire and motivate one another in supporting one another in their passions. His highly proactive personality means Chris is also involved with national and global brands including taking the role of an ambassador for HBF and lululemon.
